Benefiting the Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) Program

This year, Michael and Sheila Trymucha will sponsor their first annual event to raise funds and awareness for the Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) Program.  It is being held in memory of their daughter, Lauren Trymucha, who died unexpectedly in December 2007.

As parents who lost their child to SUDC, it has proven to be an unending nightmare.  The worst part is that no one can give them a reason why it happened; not the EMT’s, not the doctors, nor the coroner.  “We feel that the only thing we can do now is to put all of our energy into raising money for the SUDC research so that someday there will be an explanation as to what happened to our happy, healthy, thriving little girl, and so the true cause of this “diagnosis of exclusion” can be known.”

All proceeds will benefit the SUDC Program which is part of the CJ Foundation for SIDS, a national non-profit organization.
